Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original box with all designer tags and security seals intact to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
